Full-time: Bristol Rovers 1, AFC Wimbledon 0

A fine goal from Mustapha Carayol was enough for Bristol Rovers to complete  a double over AFC Wimbledon at a rain-soaked Memorial Stadium.
The breakthrough came in the 11th minute when Carayol dispossessed Wombles' midfielder Rashid Yousuff and then set off on a diagonal run towards the visitors' penalty area, letting fly with a right-footed shot from 22 yards which curled inside the far post for his fourth goal of the campaign.
The Pirates generally had the better of things and had several opportunities to add to their lead, although they did have to withstand some pressure from the visitors as they came into game more in the second half.
Chris Zebroski looped a 20-yard volley over the top midway through the opening period then saw a downward header from a corner bounce up and over the bar.
Skipper Matt Gill also came within inches of netting his first goal for the club, but saw his attempt roll just wide of a post before Carayol could arrive to turn the ball home.
Rovers created the first chance after the break when Zebroski burst through on goal, but Wimbledon keeper Seb Brown hit his attempted clearance against the striker and was relieved to see the ball bounce wide of the target.
The visitors then had their first real spell of pressure as they finally started to create some problems for the Pirates on a pitch becoming increasingly saturated by a downpour.
Jack Midson's shot was deflected wide off Cian Bolger, and the Wombles' leading scorer then saw another attempt hit the same player before being caught by Scott Bevan.
The Rovers keeper then made a superb stop to deny George Moncur, diving to his right to turn a low shot around a post.
The Pirates had another escape when Sammy Moore's strike hit both Bolger and Bevan before flying just wide of an upright.
Then, at the other end, keeper Brown was forced to beat out an angled shot from Zebroski as Rovers tried to make the game safe.
And Harrold hit a low shot on the turn straight at the keeper from 10 yards after substitute Eliot Richards had provided the cross.
Zebroski just failed to get a final touch on a through ball from Richards late on, and the home side had to see out three minutes of stoppage time before sealing victory.
