Conan continues to leverage the social web to connect with fans and this time he's proving that Google+'s most compelling feature is still proving to be Hangouts. The TBS late night host announced via his blog on Sunday and on air last night that he'll be giving fans a chance to Hangout with him via Google+, live an hour before his show premieres tonight (Tuesday) at 10:30pm Eastern.
